Tara is an exceptional practitioner in her profession. Her holistic and compassionate approach to healing is very comforting and her knowledge of the body and minds alternative healing is extensive. She is very thorough and will leave no stone unturned to source the root cause of an ailment and will explain in great detail the steps to recovery which can include acupuncture, cupping, herbal remedies and suggested lifestyle changes.
